Libby - Bachelor Education & Diploma of Teaching Early Childhood Education – Director, Group 1 Teacher, Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader

I have enjoyed being a co-director and teacher at Mott Park since 2003. I am dedicated to helping children be all of who they can be. I love making connections with our families and supporting parents in their parenting role. No two days are the same and I continue to be inspired to learn and grow alongside the children, families and my colleagues.

Rachel - Associate Diploma Education & Care - Group 1 Assistant Educator

I joined the Mott Park Kindy Community as a parent when one of my sons attended. We had such a wonderful year and now I’ve have been part of this amazing team since 2024. Before and while having my own children, I worked as an early years teacher and as an inclusive support teacher in a school. I really enjoy working with children, developing relationships with them, supporting them with their learning and development and seeing them play, explore and master new skills.

Susannah Rowland - Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood), Graduate Diploma of Education, Master of Autism Studies, PhD - Group 2 Teacher

I feel very fortunate to be part of the Mott Park community, where I am surrounded by meaningful relationships with children, families, and our wonderful team. My teaching experience has included working with children from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, across a variety of early years settings in Australia, London, and Hong Kong. Nurturing children’s learning and development through play and in partnership with families is something I truly enjoy. I value each child for the individual they are and strive to support their interests, strengths, and needs within a safe, supportive, and caring environment.

Alex Muspratt - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care  – Group 2 Assistant Educator

I am a passionate and experienced early childhood educator with a strong background in community kindergarten settings. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of the team at Mott Park Kindergarten, where I have the opportunity to support children’s learning, growth, and wellbeing every day. I am a strong advocate for play-based learning and believe children learn best when they are engaged in meaningful, hands-on experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. I enjoy creating rich learning environments that encourage exploration, problem-solving, and collaboration. Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community is at the heart of my practice. I value working in partnership with families to support each child’s unique journey and believe that strong community connections help create a sense of belonging for everyone. I bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a wealth of experience to my role, and I am committed to fostering a warm, inclusive, and engaging kindergarten environment where every child feels valued, capable, and supported to thrive.

Jo Harnett - Administration Officer

I have been fortunate to be part of the C&K family for over 15 years.

My two children also attended a C&K kindergarten and loved it.
It is rewarding for me to try and keep the kindy running smoothly and provide

strong support to the parents, committee and staff. I also really enjoy meeting new families and helping them transition to kindergarten life.
