Libby- Bachelor Education & Diploma of Teaching Early Childhood Education – Co-Director, Group 1 Teacher, Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader

I have enjoyed being a co-director and teacher at Mott Park since 2003. I am dedicated to helping children be all of who they can be. I love making connections with our families and supporting parents in their parenting role. No two days are the same and I continue to be inspired to learn and grow alongside the children, families and my colleagues.

Eileen - Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Group 1 Assistant Educator

I've being working as an Assistant Educator at Mott Park since 2019, but I have been part of the C&K family since 2014. I am so happy to be working with children. I love seeing the children's confidence build and the pride they display when completing art pieces, new tasks and making new friends at Kindy. I am personally just a big child at heart and I love to join in the children's games, activities and role plays. Every day is a fun exciting day at Mott Park Kindy.

Natalie - Bachelor Education (Early Childhood) – Co-Director, Group 2 Teacher, Nominated Supervisor

I began at Mott Park Kindy in 2007, as a relief assistant whilst studying, and continued in various roles including Part Time Assistant, Inclusion Support Assistant, and contract Co-Director/Teacher. I began my permanent role of Co-Director and Teacher at Mott Park in 2012. I have also been a parent at Mott Park Kindy, seeing our wonderful centre through my daughter's eyes in 2021. I love developing relationships with children, supporting their interests and learning as I join them in play and exploration. I am especially passionate about literacy and learning about sensory processing. I also value the amazing sense of community we have at Mott Park Kindy.

Rachel Gillespie - Associate Diploma Education & Care

I joined the Mott Park Kindy Community last year when one of my sons attended. We had such a wonderful year and now I’ve been lucky enough to join this amazing team. Before and while having my own children I worked as an early years teacher and as an inclusive support teacher in a school. I really enjoy working with children, developing relationships with them, supporting them with their learning and development and seeing them play, explore and master new skills. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this special year at Kindy.

Jo Hartnett - Administration Officer

I have been fortunate to be part of the C&K family for over 15 years.

My two children also attended a C&K kindergarten and loved it.
It is rewarding for me to try and keep the kindy running smoothly and provide

strong support to the parents, committee and staff. I also really enjoy meeting new families and helping them transition to kindergarten life.
